Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

3D Maxx Injection: exclusive technology that recovers hair from damage, making it more resistant. It acts on the reconstruction from the interior of the threads, guaranteeing health and beauty.
Biopolymers: it regenerates the capillary fibers from the interior, promoting a deep repair.
Application: Shampoo: Apply the Hair Remedy Shampoo over the wet threads and massage gently. Then rinse abundantly. If necessary, repeat the operation.
Mask: After washing hair with Hair Remedy Shampoo, with a towel, remove excess water, without rubbing and apply Hair Remedy Mask over clean and humid threads, massage lock by lock. Leave it on for 5 to 10 minutes. Then, rinse.
Conditioner: After having removed all the excess of the Hair Remedy Mask, apply the Hair Remedy Conditioner on the clean and humid threads, massage gently and let it act for a few moments. Then rinse thoroughly.
Use the mask once a week, or according to the need of treatment.
Apply the Leave-in Serum SOS Hair Remedy Cadiveu on the length and tips of the wet hair and finish as desired.
