Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

HOW TO USE: Heat the wax machine at a quiet temperature until the wax is completely dissolved. the area where wax need to be used should be clean and dry. wait a few minutes to allow the wax to cool slightly before use. you can test the temperature on a small area. take a small amount of wax and put on the area where the hair needs to be removed. put the wax towards the growth of hair and wait for a few seconds to make sure that the wax became cold and then pull in the opposite direction to hair growth. after making sure that the area is clean from all the unwanted hair wash the area and then clean the wax machine with a special tissue or a little alcohol.
