If you wish to return your product, please review the information below. Returns can be processed up to 30 days after the date of purchase. Please contact us by phone or email prior to posting the item you wish to return stating your reason for return. Please wait to hear back from us before posting the item, as you may not always be eligible for a refund. We cannot process a refund until our office staff have received the returned item and approved a refund. You must provide proof of purchase. This can include: a photo of the received item and/or package, or a screenshot of your digital receipt. If your product is faulty, you must send us a photo or video showing the fault to access a full refund. Alternatively to a refund, you may be entitled to a replacement free of charge. You do not need to return faulty products to us. For hygiene reasons, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds for Change of Mind returns that have been opened or used. If your product is unopened and unused, you may be eligible for a partial refund. Partial refunds are calculated on a case-by-case basis and are based on the type of product returned, the original amount paid and the condition of the product upon delivery to us. In the case of an allergic reaction, please take a photo and contact us immediately for more information. We are not responsible for covering the return shipping & handling charges, unless you received damaged or faulty merchandise. Please ensure to send us the tracking number for your returned item. We are not responsible for lost packages. All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. Changes Request If you need to make changes to your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to make the required changes.
